Lindsey worked with me to explain what needed to happen and basically did everything for me barring a few vet visits and flying the plane herself. Adrian was brilliant and took great care of my Persian cat and even sent me photos as he handed her over at the airport. Overall a great end to end service resulting in a happy cat relocated to Bahrain. Highly recommended for making a complicated process incredibly simple.
