After a difficult process immigrating before my furbabies and the airline not loading my pets on the expected connecting flight I was so happy to have Jim come on board for the second half of the trip. Jim went out his way to communicate and update me and his driver kept me fully updated on the process on their arrival and departure from the airport to my home. What went from being a traumatic process dealing with the agent in SA to being held together by these two amazing people that took over the process from Dubai.
